Your interest in the position
They basically asked about the phases of Programme Cycle Management (PCM) and asked me to explain/describe each phase.
I did not find the questions to be difficult or unexpected. I would advise that you review your department and become familiar with what you will be doing. Additionally, I would answer your questions in the STAR (Situation, Task, Action and Result) format.
Their questions were heavily mission focused and they expect you to have a clear understanding of all facets of the organization from interview #1
Tell me about a time you had to convince someone senior; tell me about your experience in report writing; how do you work under pressure; what do you expect to learn from the role.
General interview questions, if you have experience they're easy go answer. Best to have lots of examples to back up questions asked. There were 3 people in the Interview. I was asked if I had any questions afterwards.
