The third interview involved possible workplace scenarios regarding the database system they use, but without experience using their system its difficult to say the answers they want.
Although they expressed willingness to negotiate salary, the CEO seemed offended when I offered to accept a lower salary in exchange for a more flexible vacation and sick leave option. Two accrued vacation time for a leadership position is not a great recruitment strategy. They did ask me why I was willing to take a step down from executive leadership to a Development Director position.
