I did not find the questions to be difficult or unexpected. I would advise that you review your department and become familiar with what you will be doing. Additionally, I would answer your questions in the STAR (Situation, Task, Action and Result) format.

When I was brought into the office I initially spoke with two people in C&G and then two others from C&G. I don't think that there was anything surprising but just many behavorial type of questions...."tell me about a time when you were confronted by a coworker....."
