The mobile games ere used to assess the main personality traits, while the online interview consisted in answering several business cases in which you have the chance to record yourself 3 times and some time to prepare your answers. The first steps were rather easy, while the assessment day is the most difficult part, in which you are require to work both individualy and in groups.

Fairly standard questions like why you chose to study your degree, why finance and various other competency based questions (give me an example of when...) but also a few other questions like a commercial story you had been following in the news and what your thoughts were. A couple asked if I knew where cable or gold was trading roughly but these weren't the main questions.
