The phone based interview was simple behavioural based question. It was smooth, but one problem was they ask question "Tell a time when you were (_____)" and some times they fill very specific thing in the bracket. Its hard to think of all those times in an interview. Plus if the job is a graduate role, how come they expect that much of experience from a graduate? The questions should be more like "If you are in a scenario where (____), what will you do?"
Difference between processes and threads
They were all pretty normal competency-based questions, looking at ambition, innovation, influence, teamwork, etc. They expect you to answer using the STAR method and help you through the delination of the answer if you don't understand something or need help with an example.
Algorithm questions
Nothing particularly difficult. Short period researching the website should equip you for any possible questions.
