None of the questions were difficult, however it was more their reactions to everything I said that were very unexpected. They asked me in advance to prepare an extensive briefing of how I'd position the company at 30-60-90 days (if it was just an outline to see how I thought, that's fine, expected and I'm glad to provide it, but this wasn't that, it was a full blown PR/Communications plan, and it really felt like the whole "interview" process was more a way for them to garner free, creative, MarComm ideas. I wouldn't be surprised if that role never gets filled. It was just an overall icky experience.

Do you like coming into a position where you are building the capability?
I think the question of "do you have any more questions from us". Mostly because I wanted to know every aspect of the business (good or bad) so I just kept asking questions.
