How will you have an impact on our company?
Tell me about yourself. I always find this a difficult question because everyone has a different perspective on what they want a candidate to say. Some want details and others just want you to pull out a few key points.
They wanted me to convince them why I was trying to do market research when my background was really in journalism and strategic communications (I guess failed to do that). The Community Mgr II seemed to be asking questions specifically to intimidate or confuse - it didn't work but just beware.
Did the recruiter tell you about the long hours and the upset customers that are key elements to the job?

Give me an example of time that you've solved a very difficult situation. What was the issue? What did you do? What was the outcome? Would you have done anything differently?
Hypothetical problem solving questions were the only challenge.
Give me an example of how you dealt with a complaining patient who insisted they were right (correct).
The questions were standard for the job. The interviewer looked through my resume and asked questions about some of my previous work experience. I was also asked why I want to work in the field and what I would like to do in the future.
