The math portion of the interview is the most unexpected questions you will get. Don't worry, they won't not hire you if you aren't good with math. I think it's something silly they do to initiate you to the store.
The usual: Tell me about yourself. How would you handle conflict on your team? What would you do if some of your teammates complained to you about the boss?
Do you have knowledge of art materials, how to use them, and have the ability to sell them to people?

Experience, accountability--showing up on time and calling in sick if REALLY sick. why I wanted to work at Hobby Lobby. After taking a math test, I was asked if I would like to be in custom framing rather than the 'cashier' position. Of course, I said "yes".
What were you majoring in college?
There were questions regarding customer service experience as well as any disability accommodations that may be needed. There was also a math test for a measure of basic competency.
What was most unexpected (in my interview, at least,) was that there were not the typical high-pressure questions you might normally expect in an interview. I did get the "where do you see yourself in five years" question, so if you're applying for a full time job, expect to get that one.
