Name one time you had to work as a team.
It was a a long time ago, but I remember generic interview questions similar to "tell me about yourself," "why do you want to work here," "where do you see yourself in five years," etc. Enthusiasm was important and demonstrating strong ethics and commitment to quality service.
One of the questions was more of a scenario. Sort of like a how would you handle a situation.
