You have an irate passenger. The flight is running 2 hours late, and the destination is Miami where the customer is supposed to be leaving for a cruise; however the delay is going to make him miss the cruise. He is telling you that it is your fault. How do you handle this?

The interview questions are VERBATUM what others have written on here. I was actually pleasantly surprised that the hire vue interview/questions were the same as another MAJOR USA Airline that I had applied for/done the hire vue interview for, within a week or so, so I felt pretty prepaid and other than the 2nd language question, had already answered these questions in this format.
The last question was if you had anymore relevant information that would make you qualified to be a FA. Pretty surprised by that because it was really four questions and then you going on about how much you want to be a flight attendant.
Describe a time where you had to deal with a difficult customer or coworker. Tell us a time you had fun at work. How does you past experience make you a good candidate for the job?
