They asked behavioral/situational questions and how you would handle situations as a flight attendant. They asked to name a time when I had to change my work because normal conditions changed, they asked what I would do if 2 flight attendants were gossiping about another employee and I was sure that the passengers could hear them, and they asked what I would do if there were passengers who needed help, but I had to run supplies to my section. There were 6 questions and I don't remember the other 3.

Hi I'm Meradeth, you are working in the back of the airplane on a flight from Washington, DCA airport to New York's JFK airport, during the flight you walk to the front of the plane to get some needed service items. Without the items service in the aft of the plane will be delayed. On the way back to your service area, you witness two passengers engaging in a heated discussion. Although their voices are not raised, it is clear they are both upset. You overhear one passenger claim that the the reclined seat is hurting their legs and demands the other passenger sit up. You need to return to your section of the plane with the supplies, but the two passengers are starting to become louder with their disagreement. What would you do?
