Mainly discuss your past experience and how that makes you fit into the role. Also talked about behavioral questions to see how you work as a part of the team. Keep in mind that GEICO is a very friendly company with a great work-life balance. It's good to be competitive, but show more of teamwork spirit, get the job done, and be friends with colleagues after work, instead of willing to work 80 hours a week and stepping on other people's head to get promoted - not gonna work.
