it was a very long interview process, they ask you to do an essay and several technical interviews with several members of the staff, the processes last about 30 days and you are not sure if they really want to fill the vacancies.

There really weren't any difficult questions. In my interview process the technical question were really common knowledge. So, if you are in that field you would definitely know the answers.
