How does your degree program help you in your career aspirations? 2. What interests you about Baker Hughes and the position you applied for? What about energy technology interests you? What value would you bring to the role you applied for? 3. Tell me about a time when one of your team members did not fulfill their responsibility and it impacted your work product. What did you do? What did your team member do? How was the work product impacted? How did you deal with the situation? What was the end result of the work product? What did you learn from this experience? 4.
