Everything was pretty textbook except one of the PE's started pushing real hard about management experience. I first told him that was not my job and he kept pushing. It was weird and after a few minutes of this I slipped and referenced my job site coordinating experience (more shift supervisor) as management and he ended the interview. Definitely a slip on my part but I never had someone push the interview questions in a badgering way looking for a slip up. It was a different and weird tactic that exposes inconsistency and hinges on verbal definitions. I learned something from the interview but I haven't seen it since so I can't say it was beneficial to either of us.
