Most questions related to their Leadership Principles. Every interviewer had slight variations to the "Describe a time you failed/were not successful/something didn't go as planned."
My shock came when I asked questions. If you read their leadership principles, many of them are related to thinking big, evolving, learning and being curious, innovation. I asked this person if they had incorporated AI into their role.
