The position was initially for the mailroom but applies to both being a mailroom clerk and being an assistant. They ask general questions about if you understand the position, try to make sure you have a strong work ethic (that applies to menial tasks), and some more generic questions about role models in the industry/goals/etc. It seems there aren’t standard interview questions / nor process.
