Interview
The interview process was divided in 3 different steps. The first meeting was an HR analyst which basically asked me questions about my CV and job expectations and previous experiences. The second interview was with a Director who went a little deeper on my experiences and asked questions about behaviour and presented some scenarios to which I should describe how I would behave for each. The last interview was with a Partner and in this interview I had to speak in English and Spanish and speak a little bit more about the segment I have more experience in (TELECOM).

Interview
I applied over a weekend and received an email the following Monday afternoon. We talked on Wednesday, interviewed on Friday and was offered on the next Monday. Seem rather quick. A few things I will suggest internally though. The process was quick and HR responded quickly with questions. I was expecting some difficult technical questions but didn't seem to get any. Overall, good process with minor tweaks.
