everis Business Analyst interview questions

I was contacted via Linkedin for an open position. I had a first phone call to talk about my profile and salary situation. Then I was called for an interview on site. The process was easy, just one interview with HR and another one with top management about my working experience. The next day HR called me and said that my profile fitted very well, but they could not cope with my current salary. They did not do any offer as they could not even propose anything close to my current salary. I still wonder why they made me go to the interview in the first place... Such a loss of time.

The first phase is a group interview. They put together two groups of 3, and each of us had the same business case. The case was to plan how we would launch a Hotel in Barcelona. We had 20 minutes and after that we had unlimited time to present.
