THe hiring manager asked very basic question. I had to lead the questions. She could barely and answer them because she only just started. She asked what I did in my past jobs/positions. She seemed like she didn't want to be there!

They asked the usual questions: - what are your experiences - Why do you believe to be right candidate - tell us what you know about the company - what are 3 strengths and 3 weaknesses that you have - can you speak the Swiss languages (German/ French / Italian). speak to us in these languages.

Asked outdated questions...why should we hire you over someone else? geez, how can someone answer that question since I don't know any of the other candidates. At that level, you know what you are looking for and if the interviewee would fit into the culture of the company.
