The biggest problem is: I submitted all that they required. I live within 2 miles of their facility. They never even acknowledged receipt of the resume. I resubmitted ten days later with a note that mentioned that I had previously submitted, but didn't know whether they'd received my resume.
This was the strangest interview I have ever had. After the great first interview they asked me to come back 2 days later, and I rode around with a person who is doing the door to door sales now...All in all this was a 12 hr 2nd interview!
