The second interview involving design was a bit more difficult (the coding part not so much). They were definitely more interested in your approach to the problem and how it would satisfy the "client."
The question regarding writing a method for checking if a password met certain criteria was pretty tricky, I'm guessing I didn't get the job because of it. But the interviewers were very friendly and accommodating, answered any questions I had.
