I signed an NDA, but there is nothing to disclose here its all infrastructure, security, database, identity, networking. All questions range from 101 level to 900 level. It all variable.

Most of its customer are family and returning customers. The company's IT division is not up to the mark and connects for the payroll system only.The distribution centre is not connected to the stores and stores are not connected to each other.The inventory ordering is based on the employee estimation and there is no centralised system to track the inventory list in each store.The supply chain system is not automated and the delivery truck arrives at the stores on the middle of the day.There is no system to provide gift vouchers, discount coupon to the customer and the customer satisfaction is reducing. The stores not connected to younger generation to cater to premium branded clothing especially between 18-25 age range.As the stores not connected to each other there are variation in prices and offers between different stores. Amidst all the rumours there is discussion to sale the company to big retailers causing a low employee morale as well.
