I was presented with an actual scenario that the team was dealing with that week and we worked through it on the whiteboard together.
1. Tell us about the deal that have you have led and brought the biggest impact to your company, how did you structure it, how did you achieve it, what was the size, what were the compromises or trade-offs made if any? 2. What are your current deal sizes, quota, achieved goal and sales for the previous year? Etc.
Very high-level sales questions. Like it didn't matter, and turns out it didn't.
