Experience, what makes you suited for position, desribe difficult/challenging sales/client situation. Then presentation was hardest. As a woman I found it harder because the men interviewing me decided to debate the color of my hair versus actually concentrating on my intellect and wealth of experience. Made me think they may not treat women at same level

Strong focus on culture and company fit. Otherwise relatively standard enterprise sales mgmt discussions
All interviewers had similar styles, but all were different in their delivery and handling of the interview process, i.e., their personalities were different. But a lot of organic questions or topics, very refreshing process, great conversations vs. being attacked with 30 questions about your resume. Again, refreshing!
