Phone interview: Project related. Coding: Design Hit Counter. Onsite: Interview1: Coding/Dev team: Reverse Vowels in a string. Interview2: (Perf) Release engineer: mostly asking about Staging area, triage, bug tracking. Neither related to dev or perf. Interview3: (Perf): Language specific concepts. Interview4: Hiring manager: Absolutely, no questions on my resume, experience, STAR etc. Manager mostly was interested in describing the org. This one seemed quite odd, and might explain the 'no offer'. Didn't seem like manager was very interested in getting to know the interview candidate and their experience. Manager said, if they heard all positive things- I'll have to do two more interviews (after 1+6 interviews).
