Tell us about a recent thing you worked on learning, and what was your approach to efficiently learn it?
The culture fit was pretty standard. In my technical assessment we mostly just chatted about networking in general and scalability problems I'd encountered. Th architecting session was around indexing/removing bottlenecks in a read heavy situation. The coding questions involved writing some data structures (trees and caches) with unitests.
How would you handle migrating a column in a database?
