Engineer I Interview Questions

6,857 engineer i interview questions shared by candidates

Very deep at core level. Whatever you mentioned in resume, they asked deeply each and every topic. All interviewers are very strong at basic level so they asked that questions only. They think if you know core basics then only you can be a developer although its only theoretical knowledge we all know it never helps at developer level that much. So, they will asked very deep basic questions in OOPS,databases,SQL,java, .net, your project part etc.First they called candidates at 9:00 am and they started interview after 3-4 hrs. So its time waste for candidates. No proper management.

Most of the questions had similar difficulty level: I write one to illustrate -> Designing a server, serving the tiny URLs with constant assignment time constraint. All active tiny URLs must be kept alive, for a given lease period. A tiny URL that is accessed, will have its lease renewed. I tiny URL that is not accessed, will finally become available again once its lease expires. Whenever a new request come, a tiny URL must be assigned to it in O(1)..
