Leadership principles - one thing i noticed amazon encourages to work wiout approval from boss and expects you have couple examples ready for the same. (i would get fired if i do so im my existing company) but since amazon follows it they expect you to do exact same. amazon takes hours of your time forcing you to study about their products and services and leadership principles that they follow. But ironically they will not give feedback that is one of their leadership principle focused.
