once made it past the initial interview you are then invited to a virtual ''discovery day'' where you will be interviewed and given fun tasks to complete in groups as well as interviewed again on your own. The discovery day is designed to see how you interact as part of a team so always remember to be confident and interact with others! I would also advise to do some background research on the company so you can think quickly about any innovative tasks you may be given on the company
