There is one particular question that sticks out. I met with a member of upper management/leadership who asked me questions about high school. My biggest accomplishment/regrets. I found this extremely odd as my experiences in high school had absolutely no impact on my ability to perform the job I was being interviewed for.

Since I was from a different background, they asked why I was interested in the position. They asked a little bit about the position I was applying to as well - knowledge base like what a flow is and whether I can give an example of it which in my opinion to verify I know what I was applying for. They asked about my preferred working hours and my work culture.
