I worked with Nordic chip and U-BLOX, asked simple questions PCB tracing and basically asked for a salary much as I want. How I feel about cheating big boss? Do not tell that they do not go to the office, do not do the work on time and exaggerate task time is 3-4 times?

1. What makes you most interested in MistyWest? What caught your interest about us? 2. When would you be able to start? Do you require assistance to relocate to Vancouver? 3. Where do you see yourself in 5 years and what industry, company and/or role are you in? 4. What's the most complicated thing you've ever soldered/desoldered by hand? Why was it so hard? 5. What's the one thing about schematic capture that you wish more people knew/did better? Same question for PCB layout. 6. Do you prefer to collaborate on the schematic capture and component selection early or wait until you've mostly finished the schematics and resolve issues in the review? 7. Do you have experience in RF design / testing, flex-rigid PCB design, fine-pitch BGA components, manufacturing engineering support for a high volume product and firmware/software experience? Please describe each and to what level of complexity you engineered (board layers, component selection, certification standards, etc). 8. Describe your experience in leading and mentoring people. How large of teams have you led and what is your leadership style or philosophy? 9. Have you had any client-facing experience or experience with preparing proposals or quoting on jobs (either internal or external)? Creating requirements lists, scoping, timelines, budgets, etc. 10. Taking into consideration MistyWest’s full compensation package (including paid overtime, profit sharing, health & dental benefits and 4 weeks paid time off) what would you consider a fair starting salary for your position? (You may state a range if desired). Keep in mind our salaried staff are paid overtime, so you are compensated for all hours worked (most employers don't do this).
