I was scheduled to meet the manager in an uncomfortable off-site setting - a bar.....Hiring manager asked me - where "exactly did I live? How many kids do you have? What are their ages?.......not exactly appropriate given they had nothing to do with my responsibilities or skill sets for the job.
I told them from the get go that I had no experience in power yet they kept asking me power questions.
