All questions were behavioral interview questions about situations when... Some of the interviewers came from an angle of how caring or supportive you would be other analytical and data driven while other were from a customer support perspective. All questions come from caring about their coaches, the product and the customer experience which is a tricky triangle to balance at times.

How would you improve the recruitment process?
Normal recruiting questions; interviewer got hung up on time to fill and didn't understand ongoing and ad hoc positions. I had to explain over and over until she continued to ask the same question because she didn't understand. I felt like I was being interrogated.
