In my opinion this position at Kayak a mix of management responsibilities and work as a QA. So questions were regarding how to act as manager e.g. how to convince PO to fix important issues when it’s already release deadline, as well some questions regarding QA tools and methods.
how did you meet the deadlines and deliver quality product if the deadline is fixed, etc
Give an example of your being actively inclusive. Give an example where you were innovative, what the challenges were, and how you resolved the issues. Concentration on 'company values' questions.
