General quesitons about my background, company strategy, specific challenges being faced at the enterprise level.
Mostly behavior-based questions. The initial interviewer over the phone also asked about my salary details, reasons for considering a move, motivation etc. Onsite interviews followed but I was not selected. The people I met at the Miami facility were welcoming, team-oriented and very professional. I met with the hiring manager and cross-functional team members and the department head. I was very impressed with the knowledge and the clear evidence of a well-run, professional, high-class manufacturing organization.
