The questions weren't difficult, but the recruiter seemed distracted and really not very aware of my answers. She talked over me a couple of times and ended the conversation by saying I would hear back in 3-5 business days. I didn't hear anything after a week, so I followed up by email and asked for a process update. When she got back to me, she mixed up the management role I had applied for with an analyst role, and essentially blew me off.

I was asked how I would respond to certain scenarios that were apparently real scenarios that had happened - they wanted to know what steps I would take and any adjustments I might think of. This went well, and both the principal and the manager did a good job of explaining what the day-to-day tasks would be like.
