First round was GD. Before they had assigned a writing Task related to the Job description. GD was not fair. After that, 2 rounds of interview were taken based on which final decision was made. Eventhough the interview was not difficult, they selected randomly . sucks these recruiters (not all). There are exceptions. But in general , this is what happening. They are narrow minded and doesn't give platform for someone who really show skills.
