Clinical trails basics
For the technical case I was given two hypothetical scenarios (MMM and dashboarding) and was asked how I would organize the project in big bricks, workstreams, staff the team and the timing. For the business/startegic part I was given a case and had to give reasons why the company didn't have any client data and how I would organize and sell the project to them. The HR and culture & fit interviews were pretty standard and more conversational.
Questions were around GenAI, deployment and evaluation. Graph RAG, Fine tuning of models, model realignment, convex functions
