This role involves working with non-technical stakeholders. How do you share complex information and data with non-technical stakeholders during your projects? The British Red Cross is a large and complex organisation. How have you approached working in roles where there is ambiguity over remit, scope and process between teams and individuals?
The team was transparent about some of their current challenges and together we discussed how we could find solutions together.
The most interesting question was about working in teams. The technical questions aligned with my experience, however EQ questions can always go multiple directions.
