Online test was tough. technical discussion were average. I have through all the rounds. During Managerial round before closing the discussion Manager asked about Salary expectation, joining date with Positive feedabck. After one week when i followed HR to know the update , then he is saying they are looking someone who is having management experience. What the hell he is saying ... at first level only they should reject me while processing my profile for the interview. My question the interviewers are drunkyard , they didn't see my work experience in my Resume. and after doing all this drama they gave feedback of not selecting for employment. suck !! one of the worst interview process and management . Guys suggest dont join here even if you dont have any job for long time.
