If a design you created had an issue that cost the company money, how would you address it?
Interview was first an HR person, then a secondary at Oak River with other engineers. They look over your transcript, and ask a technical question followed by a tour. The technical question asked you to design a process to automate some machinery using whatever sensors and robots you wanted.
They asked questions about my projects I did. Information on the programs I am proficient in as well as any examples of using those programs.
Can you go over some of your past experience on a design team (e.g. race car team, makerspace)?
