Simple, minimal questions, mostly just asked about myself, basic things that were on my resume already. They just put the onus on me to carry the interview.

1. Do you manage people who work in Agile? 2. Tell me about a time when... 3. Describe your process. No, those weren't opening questions leading to a deeper conversation. A question was asked, answered and then a different question was asked. It's unclear if they were listening or were compelled to get through the list or what.
