A única coisa que posso dizer é que o candidato deve trabalhar com uma estrutura de dados desenvolvida pela empresa, utilizando primitivas do C++, e é passada uma tarefa na qual o usuário deve utilizá-la. No meu caso eu tive 9 horas para desenvolver a solução. No enunciado, é dito que programadores experientes levam em média 3 horas para entregar a solução.
