It was mostly general behavioral/competency questions but there were lots of follow up questions that push you to give very detailed, honest responses. Overall I enjoyed the conversations and the info I gathered about the team and company during the interviews helped me make decision.

Like I said, it was just a phone screen, and one of the questions was about salary expectations. This company participates in the practice of paying remote workers differently based on where they live, not on the value of their work.
