If you are not from India, don't set up the interview after receiving the contact from HR. I guess some eastern teams only hire Indian candidates, and you will be rejected shortly though dominating the interview since their cases are straightforward, totally different from other top consulting firms. Disregard the interview invitation; if two Indian interviewers are listed on the schedule, you will be saving time!
How does a team arrive at a decision?
Questions in round-2 were Case related. Questions in round-3 were general HR questions like: Where do you see yourself in 5 years? Did you face any problem while working in a team?
