1. A lot of questions about background and the projects I'd been working on in my current job to see if they were applicable to the Evolus role. 2. General questions about what I need about aesthetics industry, my interest, if I'd work within pharmaceuticals or aesthetics before, etc. 2. A live Excel assessment where a few tabs of data is given, and I have to find the insights/trends within the data to make a few recommendations. The Excel work is fairly straightforward. So, I would guess they're more interested in the recommendations I make off of them

See above- analysis project. Interview questions were straightforward and appropriate for the position. People were friendly, enthusiastic and smart/capable. The interview did not appear difficult, but it must have been if I was not selected.
Several rounds of team interviews after a 1:1 with hiring manager. A lot of questions about prior relevant experience from different angles - analysis, client relationships, philosophy, work style, etc. Followed by a presentation assignment in front of a team.
Why do you want to work here?
The difficulty was 1st explaining the policy landscape (I'm from abroad). 2nd, explaining in great detail the organisation, how I though they work, in which tech areas and sharing some examples of projects I knew. 3rd, preparing the research task as I was working at the time, so I only had the weekend to fully research and prepare the presentation.
