Why do you want to work here?
It was over 6 years ago, so I'm not sure but they focus on tech and customer relations questions.
What is your strength? What is a time you walked someone through a technology?
Q: Tell me about a time a manager gave you feedback that you disagreed with.
What is the environment you can work the best?
They'll ask you to describe a time you displayed one of their leadership values using the STAR method. You won't know which value until the interview.
Only one question: Why Workday?
1) Round with HR, on the phone for 30 minutes. The only good thing about this experience was the recruiter Victoria Rae. 2) Round with manager this is a zoom meeting. Easy round same kinda questions the very next day I got another email for the 3rd and final round. 3) Round was with Tatiana and Kate, I was told they are in the customer support team. This was a very simple round where you have to speak about your work experience which I have almost 12, years of in customer support working with top MNC's a few examples of how you handled a angry customer. Really simple and easy once this round was done I was really confident that I had the job (but) received a email few days back with 0, feedback saying I wasn't selected. This was really shocking and because I did really well in the interview. The entire process took a month and 2 PTO's that I wasted.
