Not difficult if you're experienced name a time when you worked on your own. Made a mistake how did you fix it.
They are all basic question but make sure you pass the test during application process or else you will never get a call.
All of the questions were focused on work experience and how to handle problems. The only difficult question for me personally was retail related because my experience in retail was limited.
Describe one way in a previous job that you met or exceeded expectations
Too many "How did you handle (insert a negative situation you were involved in) and how did you handle it. Most of the verbal questions in my opinion does nothing to weed out a bad worker. It is way too easy to create make believe scenarios and make yourself look good. There is a 3 month probation period or "Review" period as they like to call it but they still don't weed out the lazy workers. I chalk most of it to the low salary and high expectations which many times are not realistic. Low wages equals low quality employees overall if work ethics are not monitored and action taken good or bad.
