There was no interview at any point in the hiring process.
Pretty standard things but it was clear they didn't review my resume as they asked me things as if what I would be doing there would be a challenge and were surprised at my responses to the point I checked my resume after to make sure I did in fact put XYZ on there-and did. Be respectful of serious candidates time.
Would you be willing to move to part time after 6 months? We advertised as a full time role, but are at risk as a start-up.
